BIG MOUTH is Wayne and Clare. No account managers, no junior developers, no outsourced design team. When you hire us, you work directly with the people who build your site.
Wayne handles the technical side. Design, development, performance, SEO, schema markup. Every line of code is written by the same person you spoke to on the discovery call.
Clare handles UX and UI. It's impossible to properly audit your own work. The person who builds a site is too close to see what a real customer sees. Clare is that customer. She lives online, shops constantly, and knows within seconds whether a layout works, whether a button belongs where it is, and whether the journey from landing page to contact form actually makes sense.
Based in Leicester, working with businesses across the UK. We are small by choice. It means every website gets our full attention, not a fraction of it.

We talk
Wayne and Clare sit down with you to understand your business, your audience, and what success looks like. We plan every page, map the user journey, and agree on content hierarchy before anything gets designed. You are involved here because nobody knows your business better than you.
We build
Wayne designs and codes in the browser. Clean, purposeful interfaces built around your content. No templates, no themes. Static-first architecture, semantic HTML, full schema markup. Clare handles UX and UI, reviewing every page the way a real customer would, because the person who built it cannot see it the same way. You see progress as it happens, not a big reveal at the end.
We launch
Deployment, DNS, SSL, performance auditing, and device testing are all handled for you. The same two people who built your site are the ones you call when something needs changing.
